We have introduced a new generation of intelligent laminating machines, automatic die-cutting equipment and intelligent quality inspection systems. The upgraded fully automated production line realizes one-stop integrated processing for paper packaging products such as gift boxes, food packaging boxes and customized cartons. It effectively eliminates product dimensional deviations and surface process defects, achieving zero-error precision processing for customized packaging. The intelligent visual inspection system replaces traditional manual inspection, greatly improving product qualification rate and ensuring uniform and stable quality of each batch of products.
In addition, the optimized intelligent production scheduling system realizes scientific allocation of production resources, greatly shortens production cycle and order delivery time, and greatly improves the flexibility of responding to small-batch customized orders and large-batch bulk orders.
